  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 700 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your role within the company would be :

• Support hiring, leadership, promotion and development of the team in accordace with HTR and DTSE strategy
• Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts and internal KPI
• Monitor and review KPIs with customer (performance and quality)
• Identify process improvement measures and drives their implementattion
• Participate in escalation management
• Set up regular communication channels internally and externally
• Contribute to financial transparency of organization
• Support other projects e.g transitions
• Participate on ICS controls and drive the process
• Participate on operational tasks
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/ tasks

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

- English - B2- fluent , German B1-B2
- experience within HR department - in a leading role - 2 years
-PC/IT skills: Experience with SAP (especially Modules HR) beneficial, experience with workflow systems
MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) advanced
-Economic or HR backround / education
