Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key responsibilities:
- Leading the team of approx. 20 Account receivables specialists and Collection analysts
- Team development
- Evaluation of the team performance (1:1, trainings, KPIs )
- Project management (improvement of existing strategies, implementations)
- Client management (direct contact with top clients)
- Complex problem solving and escalation avoidance

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Fluency in English (C1)
- Prior experiences with leading (preferably financial) team
- Advanced level of MS Office (Excel)
- University degree from related area
- Project management experiences
- Background from high paced environment
