Customer Support Agent (entry level)

  • Place of work: Remote work
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 190 EUR/monthThis is the minimum guaranteed salary for the role. The actual salary will be higher (based on your skills, performance and shifts), bonuses can be up to €500/month.
  • Start date: June & July 2022

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you a chatty person enjoying small as well as big talk? Do you love helping others and feel accomplished when you solve a problem? Does your family always ask for your help when their phone/TV/Internet isn´t working? Do you stay up late every night and prefer sleeping in?
Did you answer yes to most of the questions? Become a Customer Care Hero in a Shared Service Center in Košice!

The training will be both virtual (1st month) and on site in Košice (2nd and 3rd month), whereas whether your work designation - Office or HomeOffice - will depend on your availability, performance, self-sufficiency of job execution, pandemic situation and also based on business needs.

What will you do?
- respond promptly in a professional manner to customer queries via phone (inbound)
- build and maintain positive client relationships and experiences
- handle issues related to company products and services

What do we expect?
- fluency in English (B2 level or higher) - ability to speak to native English speakers over the phone
- be flexible to work in the afternoons, nights and weekends
- be flexible to work from home or from the office
- have a basic understanding of communication technology

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate
