Job description, responsibilities and duties

A stable German company is looking for a new accountant to join their AP&AR team (Polish entity). Positionis suitable for an experienced candidates who would to join a dynamic international environment.

Job responsibilities:
- Regular invoicing and reporting process (AP/AR )
- Generation of the payment proposals, processing bank payments, setting up direct debits
- Allocation of the overdue payment - problem solving
- Communication with suppliers in order to clean account balance
- Monthy closings
- Reconciliations of dedicated accounts

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Polish - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2) language
- Prior experiences with accounting (AP/AR)
- Double entry bookkeeping
- Attention to details
- Excel on advanced level
