Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, international stable company, we are looking for flexible Business Development manager.

Job description:
- support existing clients with their personnel needs
- acquire and manage a solid client portfolio
- recruit the necessary resources to help achieve our clients’ objectives
- ensure delivery requested from the client
- close cooperation with recruitment team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- knowledge of English and French language
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- ability to do business via phone and email
- good knowledge of automotive and electro fields
- flexibility
