Job description, responsibilities and duties

Top class client is looking for an extrovert individual who would like to utilize his/her language skills and likes to help others.
Position is suitable for flexible candidates who wouldn´t mind dealing with clients issues on daily bases. HO available.

Job content:
- Active communication with clients regards to the product issues (delayed orders, technical problems, advisory ..)
- Detailed knowledge of the product portfolio
- Indirect sale
- Handling of the inbound calls with an aim of the best customer experience
