Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a customer support specialist for the position of Cash Collection Analyst for our important client based in Bratislava.
After the initial weeks of training, you can work temporarily from home.

Your daily tasks will include:

- daily communication with the company's international customers
- ensuring customer satisfaction with the offered solution
- solving problems with the company's services and products
- reporting to your supervisor
- working time shift from 2.00 pm – 11.00 pm or from 7.00 pm - 4.00 am of the next day.
- Weekend shifts with fantastic salary uplifts
