Job description, responsibilities and duties

Slovakia is welcoming a new expanding company on our market ! This is a great opportunity for you to start a successful career in the international company. If you are a language speaker (fluent in any of Nordic languages) don´t hesitate and grab your chance to become Customer support agent!
Training 3 days in Bratislava, other 2 weeks online training - full day.
Possilble part time for 4-6 hours, in the evenings or weekends.

Job responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with customers to provide advisory on product range
- Processing of feedbacks from customers, providing them help and advisory in the case of need to increase customer satisfaction
- Focus on solutions and promotion of sales
- Upsell to the latest technology and cross sell across the different categories
- Team support for the newcomers
- Fulfillment of the set targets based on the company standards

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Danish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Norwegian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is a must
- Great communication skills
- Experiences from customer care (advantage)
- Good organizational skills
- Passionate with "can do" attitude
- Team player
- Interest in technical field (advantage)
