  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 150 EUR/month+ up to 400-500 € surcharges for weekend work, holidays and night work (according to the Labor Code)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you consider yourself a communicative person who can fix the issues as they arise? Are you technically skilled? Would you like to start your work in the afternoon? Become a Customer Care Representative in Shared Service Center in Bratislava.

The training will be both virtual (1st month) and then you will continue in office (2nd and 3rd month), whereas whether your work designation - Office or HomeOffice - will depend on your availability, performance, self-sufficiency of job execution, pandemic situation and also based on business needs.

Job description:

- phone and written communication with customers in English
- handling incoming calls
- advice on products and services
- solution of technical problems by phone, remotely
- technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction
- work on 8 hour shifts mostly in the evening and at night
