Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job content:
- Daily communication with the company's international customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with the offered solution
- Solving problems with the company's services and products
- Reporting to your supervisor
- Work 9-hour shifts (1 hour lunch break) - 3 types of shifts (day, late evening or nigh) always fixed for 3 months than possibility for swap
