Customer Support Agents Wanted! Home office possible! (from 1150 € brutto per month, shift bonuses 100-400€))

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you enjoy talking in English? Would you like to be paid for doing so? Then become a customer service agent for the NORTH-AMERICAN customers.

Your daily tasks will include:

- daily communication with the company's international customers
- ensuring customer satisfaction with the offered solution
- solving problems with the company's services and products
- reporting to your supervisor
- working time from 11.00 am – 8.00 am (first shift starts at 11.00 am and finishes at 7.30 pm - 8-hour shift rotation plus meal break)
- also weekend shifts with fantastic uplifts (Saturday - 50% uplift per hour, Sunday - 100% uplift per hour)

Secondary without school-leaving examination

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
