Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Transport & Customs department is responsible for the delivery of UPS systems, Spare Parts and 3rd party material like batteries for Projects, Spare Parts orders and Warranty issues. The Transport & Customs Expeditor helps to speed up the deliveries and improve customer satisfaction.

• Maintaining workflow to ensure smoothness of process with clients
• Proactively performing expediting activities to ensure the delivery of equipment, materials, services and related documentation
• Work with different department to monitor customer delivery
• Contact clients, manage supply requisition and communicate with customer to determine delivery dates and inform stake holder of potential delays.
• Ensure interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of productive operations
• Monitor timelines
• Collaborate with Transport and customs coordinators for updates on delivery timelines.
• Keeping track of shipments

• Attending status meetings with suppliers
• Coordinating roadblocks and possible next steps with the team

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Fluency in English (verbally and in writing)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Organized and efficient way of working
• Must be able to work with a minimum of direct supervision
• Technical flair
• Ability to handle multiple, conflicting priorities
• Knowledge of any other language will be an advantage
