Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Executive Support Analyst EA is responsible for providing executive support to various executives MDs with complex organizational responsibilities. He/She independently completes assigned non routine tasks to meet goals and may work in a team environment. The level of support requires a good understanding of the executives organization, along with the business knowledge to communicate and work effectively with the executive s organization and clients. He/She may serve as the primary support and act as a liaison between the executives and his/her organization. In some cases and within pre agreed limits, he/she may also act as the executive representative. In locations with medium to large numbers of Executive Support Analysts , this role may also coordinate the activities of his her Executive Support team.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
