  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 200 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 200 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As payroll support you would be HR contact for our employees. You would be responsible for various administrative tasks such as: employees fields, preparing of amendments, documents collecting, tracking ,cards distributions and archiving, prepare attendance inputs for payroll processing. We are looking for candidate who would like to work 8hours a day. The Employee will work as a Grafton's Contractor for Accenture (limited working contract for 1 year)

• Track, check and prepare attendance input for payroll processing (e.g. illness papers, doctor visit confirmations)
• Illness & Doctor visit documents collecting – perform all necessary actions required for correct payroll processing
• Responsible for archiving of documents
• Participate on audits (internal/external)
• Preparation various types of amendments for employees
• Assist in maintaining all employee´s records and files
• Lunch & Multi sport cards distribution,
• Assist in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed
• Perform general office support functions and various administrative duties
• Solving everyday issues of employees
