Senior HR Payroll Coordinator

  • Place of work: Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 800 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1800 EUR depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
  • Start date: upon agreement

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Track, check and prepare payroll inputs such as bonuses, attendance input for payroll processing (e.g. illness papers, doctor visit confirmations)
• Participate on audits (internal/external)
• Preparation various types of amendments for employees
• Communication with payroll provider, state authorities
• Assist in maintaining all employee´s records and files
• Assist in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed
• Perform general office support functions and various administrative duties
• Solving everyday issues of employees

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• English language at advanced level
• Payroll admin experience at good level is must
• Understanding of SK labor code, SK tax and contribution system
• Good communicational skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
