  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 600 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Understand and have solid overview of Learning and Development area
• Establish and maintain relationships with Business Leads and serve as point of contact in Learning & Development matters
• Drive development needs analysis for dedicated business units
• Propose and design accurate development solutions based on defined needs
• Implement Global/Europe Learning& Development strategies into Local context
• Drive Internal Trainers management and development
• People Management of Learning & Development team
• Cooperate with procurement team by external vendor selection
• Create annual Training delivery plans
• Create Training curriculums covering learning priorities for specific business areas
• Present Learning & Development updates on regular Leadership meetings
• Cooperate with other HR Departments and Recruiting
• Manage upskilling programs
• Coordinate the local Onboarding program for New Joiners
• Drive continuous innovation within the Learning team and HR organization
