IT Service Desk Agent with German

  • Place of work: Košice, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 300 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1 300 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Respond to client’s IT questions and requests in the professional manner by using gained knowledge as well as detailed documentation.
• Receive, classify and provide initial support to issues or requests on the base of defined procedures;
• Research of required information using available resources and user guides;
• Identify and escalate priority issues;
• Document troubleshooting efforts and customer information;
• Route cases that are not in scope or not resolvable to next levels of support;
• Handle operational queries with a sense of urgency while meeting required quality metrics;
• Develop and maintain knowledge of customer specific business environment.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Advanced/Fluent written and spoken German and at least upper Intermediate English
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Desire to learn and develop
• Customer/Call Contact Center or IT experience would be an advantage
• Ability to work and communicate with international team
• Team player with good communication and problem solving skills
• Self-Motivation, positive attitude and approach
