Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Order Management Analyst you'll be responsible for:
• Management of Product & Distribution Complaint
• Returns Processing
• Delivery Management
• Customer Master Management
• Customer Order Intake and Processing
• Order Errors / Exception Management
• Order Validation
• Performing Billing & Invoicing
• Verbal and written communication with Customers

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• 1-2 years of business experience in customer service role (Order Management Process preferred)
• Knowledge of OTC – Order Management life cycle, SAP order processing and understanding of SOX Process Control
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
• Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Hungarian
• Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience
• Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
• Understanding of Supply Chain and DSCSA regulation requirements (nice to have)
