Job description, responsibilities and duties

• We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing technology delivery center business.
• The HR Partner will develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to integrate, develop, reward and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
• The HR Partner provides coaching and guidance based on an individual's strengths, interests, and aspirations. Work with HR colleagues to understand talent priorities and make employees aware of opportunities. Collaborate with Employee Relations, Talent, Staffing and Inclusion and Diversity to bring opportunities to our people.
The HR Partner supports employee cycle activities related to performance achievement, talent management, career development across assigned business entities of our company. Manages Employee Relations by addressing queries or concerns and as necessary coaches, coordinates.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Experienced in HR Partner role for at least 4 + years
• Strong in Slovak labor code knowledge and practical application
• Experienced in stakeholder management
• Understanding of technology business environment is advantage
• Expected agile and proactive communication and organizational skills
• English language on advanced level is mandatory
• Solid MS office knowledge and analytical skills
