  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 350 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1350€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Driving Accenture’s employer positioning and awareness as an employer of choice, engagement with target candidates and their influencers, and CV submissions to help the recruitment team achieve their business objectives;
• Designing, planning, developing and executing local recruitment marketing programs in line with the recruitment goals of the business including;
• Campaigns (online, OOH),
• All kinds of events (owned and third party events ranging from career fairs, through conferences, workshops, lectures to social events),
• Campus activities (driving activities at Accenture Campus Office at FEI STU or UNISPACE at FMFI UK, develop and maintain relationships with key student organizations as well as partner universities and faculties)
• Support internal Employee Referral Program;

• Working with global and local agencies for planning, designing and implementing local campaigns;
• Following global brand guidelines and all relevant policies
• Actively working and networking with a broader community of European talent brand peers;
• Closely cooperating and aligning with the local recruitment team as well as other internal stakeholders supporting recruitment marketing activities;
• Supporting content creation for internal& external channels including social media & website;
• Ensuring successful program completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time and budget;
• Managing specific administrative and financial tasks: procurement, contracts archiving, budget updates.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Good communication and marketing skills and overall business acumen
• Experience in Recruitment Marketing / Employer branding is advantage
• Experience in large corporation with multiple business lines, budget sources and stakeholders is an advantage
• Experience in developing and implementing integrated Marketing & Communications campaigns using wide portfolio of online and offline channels;
• Ability to drive content creation and review, understanding how to write for and tone for different channels;
• Proactive self-starter who can work at a fast pace;
• Able to work independently and also integrate with other functions;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Committed and results oriented;
• University degree (preferrably Marketing);
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills•
