  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 350 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1350€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
  • Start date: up on agreement

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsibility for recruiting pipeline of IT profiles, meeting recruiting targets
• Screening applications, conducting face to face interviews with candidates, scheduling second interviews and managing contracts for candidates
• Participation and preparation of recruiting and sourcing events and activities
• Understand recruiting demand and skill profiles
• Working with recruiting system accordingly recruiting needs and processes
• Ensuring all paperwork related to candidates documentation and contracts is done and prepared for further use
• Preparing statistics and reports based on requirements
• Following recruiting process and propose improvements
• Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations

• Min. 3 year of experience in Talent acquisition (IT recruiting experience preferably)
• University degree
• Communication skills (able to handle proactive “direct cold calls”)
• Ability to search candidates via different sources (LinkedIn, Profesia, internal database, Career fairs, ...)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pay attention to details
• Good problem solver and good organizational skills
• Fluent level of English language
