IT Project Manager (permanent home office possible)

  • Place of work: Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 600 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 600 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
  • Start date: Upon Agreement
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• End-to-end delivery of the project: from project initiation, through project execution until successful closure of the project
• Management of project schedule, resources and quality
• Management of resources across different location
• Cooperate with all relevant stakeholders: client, client team, internal quality department, potential contractors and any other stakeholders
• Follow methodology, processes and report on metrics on regular basis
• Manage risks and issues and serve as escalation point for the project
• Provide regular status reporting to internal senior management and towards client/client team
• Effectively leading technical professionals
• Ensuring execution of quality deliverables within established schedules
• Collaborating with client and/or client team to improve processes, results and understand client expectation
• Analyze and develop estimates for new features or requirements together with the technical team
• Participate in pre-sales opportunities
• Motivate the team and serve as team builder of the team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Experience in leading of IT projects
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership ability with interpersonal skills and team building skills
• Experience with management of resources in distributed locations
• Familiar with risk management
• Proven track record in successful project execution
• Experience in Team Building and Team Management
• Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Strong customer orientation skills
• English language – active
• German language is a great advantage - nice to have
• Good understanding of ITIL, PRINCE 2, PMP, SCRUM - certification is an advantage
