Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our fast growing ableneo team we are looking for Team Assistant. If you are an enthusiastic team player who can handle all day-to-day business challenges associated with office activities and would like to make an impact, you are the right person for us.

Your duties:
• Office management (you will take care that our office runs smoothly – everything is in place and our team has what it needs).
• Preparation of accounting documentation for CZ Office (collecting, copy and sending)
• Organization of internal and external meetings / events (from invitation to catering organization)
• Assisting the Leadership Team (document preparation, meeting organization…)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced
