Job description, responsibilities and duties

Fixed place of work is Štúrová 27, Košice, with the possibility of a Home Office

Working Hours: Primary working hours between 10:30 - 19:00 with option to rotate 08:00 - 16:30 (depends on company and customers needs)

Responsibilities:
The Customer Service team in Slovakia is responsible for supporting the implementation of the our platform at client sites in the United States. Customer Service Representative Lvl3 main responsibility is supporting the team on technical level.
Scheduling email campaigns for the customers utilizing MySQL environment and writing simple queries..
Analyzing customer tickets on technical level. Monitoring our platform and troubleshooting with software development team on more complex technical issues.
Collect customer requirements and acceptance criteria for development tasks.

Skills and Experience:
• Previous working experience, ideally from an international company is preferred but not required.
• PC literate with experience of a range of software packages. (MS Excel, Outlook).
• The ability to interact on the phone with the customers and their peers during the implementation and problem determination process.
• Flexible, analytical, team player and problem solver.
