Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Leading the team International Payments Clearing – Corporate & Retail Customers
  • Responsibility for team performance and staff planning (e.g. approval of holidays etc.)
  • Developing the team
  • Close cooperation with department head in Vienna
  • Amendment, control and approval of cross border payments
  • Solving of complex issues (e.g. clarification of routing)
  • Requirements for the employee

    Candidates with education suit the position

    University education (Bachelor's degree)
    University education (Master's degree)

    Language skills

    English - Upper intermediate (B2)

    Personality requirements and skills

  • Leadership experience
  • Work experience in international payments processing welcome
  • A-Level or higher education
  • English (advanced or intermediate level), German is welcome but not necessary
  • PC skills: Microsoft Office – advanced
  • Service and customer orientation, analytical skills
  • Accuracy, precision and exactness
  • Flexibility and stress-resistance
