Job description, responsibilities and duties

Recruitment and hiring
• Perform executive search via employment agencies, search sites and social networks.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation and on-boarding to foster positive attitude toward company goals and culture.

Work culture
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and enjoyable work culture and environment to ensure a level of comfort among the employees
• Promote team building activities to bind the employees together.

Employee-related services
• Guide employees through all HR procedures and answer questions about HR processes and policies.
• Guides solving work-related problems.

Manager-related services
• Advise managers in various human resource matters, such as appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Strategic planning
• Plan and coordinate company’s workforce to best use employees’ talents.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies.
• Propose, set up and control system of salary bonuses in line with to company goals.

Professional development of employees
• Analyze needs for education.
• Performance management - designing and implementing bonus policy, connecting to company and personal goals.

Administrative and HR department managerial duties
• Implement new and update existing HR plans, policies, processes and procedures for all company personnel.
• Payroll management.
• Plan, organize and control all activities of the HR department. Develop department goals, objectives and systems. Prepare budget for HR department and operations.

Laws and regulations
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are compliant with current employment law and regulations.
• Study legislation and follow changes.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Intermediate (B1)
